5 for Friday- Dinosaurs and Easter

This past week we discussed Easter and dinosaurs. An odd combo, but the kids still loved it.

Here are some things we did this week:

1. I had the kids match the upper and lower case letters. You can get the recording sheet we used from Shuna at Pocket Full of Kinders.

2. We made bunny hats in the am and in the pm bunny ears and whiskers.

3. We did an ABC dino dig with dog bones that had the letter on it.

4. We used a magnetic wand and magentic balls to paint an Easter egg.

We made bunnies,

and chicks.

5.  We also had a dino sensory bin and

Easter sensory bin.

I also put this dino dig excavation kit from Lakeshore Learning in the rice table. (It's on sale right now too).

Last, but not least a Fruity Beginning Sounds Freebie.

It was a busy four day week, but a fun one. Link up what you did this week with Doodle Bugs Teaching. Ethan and I are off to the doctor and then Bunnyville at the zoo today. It should be fun! Have a great Easter and weekend!
