Fine Motor Center

So here is what we do at our fine motor center. My aid runs this center. Some of the activities we do are sensory bins finding items with tweezers or tongs.
Play-doh activities.

Clothespin activitie

Building matman, a gingerbread man and other themed animals or things. (Great for listening skills).

Legos
Stringing Beads
Chalkboard drawing. We also have done shaving cream and gel bag writing.
Arts and Crafts
Sorting Activities
We are slowly moving away from doing a lot of arts and crafts because the students are needing more practice with pre-cutting and pre-writing skills than making arts and crafts. I try to do one to two crafts a week, otherwise we do other pre-writing and pre-cutting strengthening activities.
