I am linking up with Erin at Kindergarten Dragons to spotlight my new 5 Little Pumpkins Interactive Book and Activities.

My kiddos LOVE the 5 little pumpkins poem (so does my son...he still sings it everyday!).

Included is an interactive book to retell the story. Students will move the pumpkins, witch, and wind as they read the story.

This is what it looks like at the end.

There is also an emergent reader and Popsicle stick retelling puppets for the kiddos to color and cut out. There is a gate to be used as the backdrop as well. I can't wait to try this out this fall with my little ones! You can check it out here.

Happy Saturday!

I am linking up with Kacey at Doodle Bugs Teaching for Five for Friday.
I have tried to keep the kids busy. We have gone to different parks, nature center and enjoyed being outside!
1. We tried some tennis. I've also been trying to get Ethan to ride his new bike. He loves to brake right now!

2. We visited the zoo.

Dinosauria was there! It was a lot of fun!

3. Matt and I went to Mumford and Sons! I love them!

4. We went up to our local metro park and went to the park, down to the beach, and to the Nature Center.

5.  I reached a tpt milestone! 1,000 followers! Thanks to everyone who follows me and who has purchased or downloaded items from my store. TPT has definitely changed my life! I have been able to connect with other special educators and find and create products that are perfect for my ECSE kids. Before TPT I was adapting preschool and kindergarten items and was not aware of all the great special education items out there (visuals, social stories, etc.)! Or I was having to create my own with Word clip art or purchasing books that I still had to adapt for my kiddos! So as a HUGE thank you for following me I have posted two adapted books with a cupcake theme. One about size and other about colors and counting! Enjoy and again thank YOU!

Have a great weekend!

I am participating in the TPT Seller Challenge. I updated my original dinosaur unit. I forgot to save my original cover image though. This is the new revamped one. Originally it was all in black and white so some color has been added, new fonts, some new graphics, and new activities. I have also updated some of the activities to include skills from Common Core. You can check it out here.

You can link up with Sparkling in Second to share a makeover you've made or to check other people's makeovers.

1. This past weekend we built a gate that connected from the deck to the garage and put up a fence along the deck. My Madi loves to try to escape to the driveaway so she no longer can get out there.

2. I updated one the pictures in Madi's room. It used to say as cute as a button, but I wanted to change it out so I made this.

3. I updated my schedule pictures. The one on the left is the old one and the one on the right is the new one. I also added two pictures for party and for special activity. Now I have to decide how to connect them. I am thinking with rings because then I can just take off the picture if it is going to be a special activity or party, but I am not quite sure yet.

4. I made apples for our giving tree that we are going to be putting up at the beginning of this year.

Have you made anything fun this summer?! If so, link up with 4th Grade Frolics

Now for my Summer Bucket List.
I am linkg up with What the Teacher Wants! for this linky.

School: I am looking for a new behavior management plan...any suggestions are welcomed. I used to use a clip chart...got rid of that (not working) and this year I tried a point system but was terrible about keeping up with the points. So if you have a great management system working in your room I'd love to hear about it!
I am updating the homework calendar we used last year. It was a great idea, but with students transitioning in throughout the year it wasn't always great for our 2.5 years old. So I am trying to come up with something new and I need to just figure out an area in my room for a break area and a gross motor area. I have some plans...now to just get them in place!

Personal: I have been trying to clean, purge, and organize our house. We have LOTS of stuff we no longer use and I need to get rid of it! I also have not worked on Madi's scrapbook since Christmas so I need to update that. Lastly, I need to get back to working out regularly. Right now I am sporadically working out, but I need to do this way more consistently.

Fun! Relaxing, taking the kids to the beach (there are LOTS of wonderful beaches here in MI). We are going camping in August with the kiddos, but if possible I would love to do it one other time and just catching up with people I have not seen in awhile. I already have lots of play dates set up for next week that I know the kids will love and I will be happy to finally see some of my friends that I have been neglecting at the end of the school year.

Have a great Sunday!
